Terms and Conditions

We have personalized reception for guests to enter the hotel in the morning from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

We will be happy to show you the hotel facilities and their uses.

Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned.

Reservation Policies

All requests to reserve a room must include the first name, last name and ID of all adults who will occupy the room.

All rooms are subject to a 10% VAT tax Group trips are fun!

When booking, please note the maximum occupancy rules: Do you have babies? We have cot options available upon request, all subject to availability.

Smoking policy

Breathe without problems. Our rural house CasaLevante is an exclusive non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional methods and all electronic systems, including vapes, vaporizers, hookahs, e-cigarettes, e-pipes, and any variation of the above, regardless of the name of the product. Smoking in the rooms or the presence of strong and persistent odors in the rooms will incur a cleaning fee of €200. The only area suitable for smoking is the terrace area on the top floor.

Damage

During your stay, the rooms and all equipment and furniture must be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to CasaLevante staff will be expected of any damage to the building. You (the tenant) are financially responsible for any damage to the room. This includes losses caused by you (the tenant) or by the negligent behavior and actions of a third party. A review will be carried out at the time of departure from the room. Tenant is responsible for damage above normal wear and use. In this case, a detailed statement of damage will be sent immediately by email or fax along with an invoice for the cost of repair or replacement. Please note that we will send you a notification after check-out regarding damage to the room.

Reservations

Please note that your reservation has not been made or verified until you receive a confirmation email from reservas@casalevante.es

Policies for minors

The Parents of the minors will be responsible at all times for the actions of the minors under their guardianship during their stay at the Hotel.

Pet policies

As it is an old house, it is not suitable for pets.

Room Policy

We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we stick to the old "break it, buy it" rule and any property damage or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value. Pre-existing damage or Room problems must be reported immediately to the email: info@casalevante.es or by phone to the number: 646 51 12 93 after arrival to avoid liability and possible charges.

Kitchen Area Policies

Please practice safe cooking habits; Do not leave the fire unattended. Do not cook with strong-smelling ingredients. Persistent odors requiring room closure and deep cleanings will incur a cleaning fee of up to €200.

Room Cleaning Policies

Room cleaning will not be offered during the period of stay. If you need clean towels or sheets, you can speak to housekeeping directly or send an email to: info@casalevante.es

Policies for guest safety

Security cameras are used throughout the house and anyone entering our property can be recorded. The hotel assumes no responsibility for personal injuries incurred while using the farmhouse facilities. If you use the house facilities, you do so at your own risk.
